Meet with the client to discuss their vision, needs, budget, and timeline. Understand the scope of the project, whether building from scratch or remodeling for either residential or commercial space.
Provide Design concepts, structural elements, interior design, material finishes, and utility systems based on clients vision. Approve design, finishes and functional systems and submit for permitting.
Finalize architectural and engineering plans to include drawings and calculations, confirm code compliance, bid the job, select contractors, confirm licenses, review and sign contracts.
Final walkthrough with the client, make any adjustments for client per contract. Clean space, set up utilities, and any furniture or retail fixtures. Prepare for client move-in. Obtain the Certificate of Occupancy (CO) from the local authority.
