CONSTRUCTION PHASE

Meet with the client to discuss their vision, needs, budget, and timeline. Understand the scope of the project, whether building from scratch or remodeling for either residential or commercial space.

SITE PREPARATION:

Clear the site, set up temporary facilities, and ensure safety measures are in place. This includes site fencing, signage, and erosion control.

FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURAL WORK:

Lay the foundation, erect structural framing, and ensure all structural elements are installed according to plans.

UTILITIES INSTALLATION:

Install plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other utility systems. This step requires coordination among various subcontractors.

INSPECTIONS:

Regular inspections by local building authorities to ensure compliance with codes at various stages (framing, electrical, plumbing, final inspection).
