PRE-PLANNING

Schedule a consultation to meet and discuss your vision, needs, budget, and timeline. Understand the scope of the project, whether it's residential or commercial.

CONSTRUCTION 

Site Preparation,  Foundation and Structural Work, Utilities Installation, Interior and Exterior Finishing, Inspections to ensure compliance with building codes.

DESIGN 

Develop initial design concepts based on the client's brief.  Refine the design and incorporate feedback from the client.  Submit the design for necessary permits.

POST-CONSTRUCTION 

Final Inspection and Certificate of Occupancy,  Walk-thru with Client, Clean and Prepare for client occupancy.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION 

Finalize architectural and engineering plans. Ensure all design elements meet building codes and standards.  Bid out the project and select contractors.  Draft and sign contracts.

OCCUPANCY

Check in with the client after occupancy to address any issues, provide maintenance tips, and ensure satisfaction per contract.
