PRE-PLANNING PHASE

Meet with the client to discuss their vision, needs, budget, and timeline. Understand the scope of the project, whether building from scratch or remodeling for either residential or commercial space.

INITIAL CONSULTATION: 

Discuss client's vision, needs, budget, intended use, and timeline. 

Documents may include initial concept sketches and client brief.

FEASIBILTY STUDY::  

Evaluate the site for zoning laws, environmental impact, access, and suitability for the intended use. This might involve soil testing, surveys, and environmental assessments. 

Documents may include site survey, environmental impact assessment, and soil report.

BUDGETING:

Establish a preliminary budget including construction costs, professional fees, and contingency.  Discuss materials and variable costs.  

Documents include preliminary budget estimate.

EXPECTIONS:

Adjust expectations if necessary based on initial financial constraints.
